Nylatron GS Nylon is a molybdenum disulphide (MoS2).it is made to improve the thermal, mechanical & bearing properties of 6/6 nylon during the maintaining its essential chemical and electrical characteristics. Nylatron GS nylon provides better wear resistance, higher strength and lower surface friction Nylatron GSM Nylon contains separated particles of MoS2 to improve its load behavior capabilities during the maintaining the force on resistance inbuilt to nylon. It is usually used grade forgears, custom parts, sprockets and sheaves.

Nylatron GSM Blue Nylon combines with both oil & MoS2 for the load ability of Nylatron GSM nylon, plus better frictional characteristics. It improves the frictional characteristic. It also gives 20% lesser coefficient of friction, 50% more preventive PV and the nylon products are also ideal used in slide pads, trunion bearings and thrust washers.

Nylatron NSM is design for particular uses where the larger size parts required. It is mainly used for wears pads and gears. Nylatron NSM is up to 10 times longer than the standard Type 6 nylon in wear application.
